The procedure involved in the reading of the palm leaves in Naadi Astrology is a closely guarded secret, being passed down from generation to generation. They are not generally exposed to the common public.

The Naadi astrologer first takes the thumbprint of the person who has come in search of his Naadi leaf. He then uses the print of the thumb to identify possible palm leaves from the numerous manuscripts in his possession. Usually Naadi Readers have bundles of these palm inscriptions at their disposal. It is not a certain that the person's leaf would be with that particular Naadi Reader. It might be with a reader from any other part of India. Else the leaf might have vanished after years of neglect.

Once the Naadi Reader locates the particular bundle, he begins to read from each leaf and asks the person a series of questions about his or her life, while attempting to identify the correct leaf. This process can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours and it should be noted that it isn't always possible to identify a person's record. Once he locates the correct leaf, he begins to read from the leaf, describing the person's life in detail. First there would be a general reading and then, based on the person's interest, additional leaves are consulted to explore areas such as marital relationships, profession and business, past or future lives, etc. The Naadi Astrologer will also suggest remedial measures that the person can take to reduce the influences of past karma and enhance the benefits of future activities.

STEP-1 Providing your thumb impression

• Ensure you use an inkpad
• Give your thumb impression on a paper 2 or 3 times so that lines should be clear. To prevent potential confusion at our end, please   write your email address on the paper before scanning.
• Please save them in .jpg or .gif format and upload

STEP-2 Making contact with the Naadi Reader

There are two options here

Option – 1 The usual method

• We will be in touch after receiving your thumb print and fix a time with the Naadi reader. He will ask you questions on skype such as: Is   you your name so and so you may answer 'yes' or 'no'. (Do not give any details voluntarily) or is your father's name so and so you may   answer 'yes' or 'no'.
• There will be series of questions which will require you to answer 'yes' or 'no'.
• This may take some time. If a 'no' answer is given, the reader will ignore the rest of that leaf and move to the next one

Option – 2 Fast track method - £5

This method saves time as there is no need for the conversation above. In this option, along with your thumb impression, you send us

1. Your name
2. Your father's name
3. date of Birth

Then our Naadi reader will search the Naadi leaves and if he finds all three matching then that Naadi is likely to be yours. We will contact you to confirm your mother's name or spouses' name (if married), no. of brothers/sisters, children, education, professional details etc.

If this information is correct then it is your leaf and the process can continue.

Step 3 – The reading

• Our readings are done on skype – which is free to use and can be downloaded here: www.skype.com
• Our reader will fix a date and time with you. You will need to complete the form to tell us the chapters you need and payment is received,   your reading will be initiated. The reader will tell you your current and future situation and may offer remedial measures from the    Maharishi if needed.
• He will record the reading on an MP3 file for your future reference and send it to you after the reading is complete.
